Delivery Information

Sandskater will dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed.
If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.

Sandskater reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

	UK and Europe skimboard orders: All skimboard deliveries are made using Business Post and will require a signature on delivery. If you know you are not going to be in when the parcel is delivered, we can instruct Business Post to leave the parcel with a neighbour.
	USA & Canada skimboard orders: All skimboard deliveries to North America are made using FedEx and will require a signature on delivery.
	UK orders without a skimboard All other deliveries are made by either 1st class Royal Mail or Business Post. European & North American orders without a skimboard: All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail Airmail, and will be delivered by your own national postal service

Orders from the Channel Islands and outside the EU:
We will manually deduct the VAT before your card is charged!

Delivery Tips:
Make a visual inspection of the box when your board is delivered, before you sign for it. If there are signs of damage to the box, it's worth mentioning it to the delivery driver, and making a note about it on the consignment note that you will be asked to sign. If, when you open the box your board turns out to be damaged, please use take a look at the instructions in our returns policy here

Delivery time schedules:
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated above, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email.
