How to place your order

How to order and pay online:

1:	Browse around the online store, select the product(s) you want, and press the button. The product will be added to your shopping cart. You can now choose to continue shopping or proceed to the Check Out
2:	When you have finished shopping, press the 'View cart' link at the top of the page. You will be taken to your cart page. Review the items in your cart. Choose your area from the drop down list to determine your postage/shipping cost. If you want to remove an item, click on 'Delete item' next to the product you want to remove. If you have finished shopping, then press the 'Checkout' button and you will be taken to our secure server.
3:	All you have to do now to complete the order, is fill in your billing, delivery and payment details. If you have any problems using the online shop, please email us or call the Sandskater crew on 0845 203 7546

If you wish to pay by credit or debit card and don't want to use our online facilities,
then please telephone or fax your order through to us on: 01803 522600

NOTE: We regret we cannot accept Electron cards

Order Codes:
Remember to tell us the order code of the item you require, found next to the photo on the product page. For example - Wedge402 - All orders in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours

Email Orders/Paying by Cheque or postal order:
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please email your orders to us by using the contact page. Please include the order codes & sizes of your required products, your name, address, including post code, and your telephone number. We will then send you an email confirmation.
